Conducting a legal due-diligence in support to the decision making of a major European investor in over several hundred million EUR privatization deal in the Armenian mining sector.
Negotiating and drafting memorandums and articles of association, for establishing a subsidiary of the same client with other investors. Representing the client in several shareholders meetings both in Armenia and overseas, negotiating and drafting of minutes of the meeting and shareholder resolutions. Supporting the client in negotiations with the Government of Armenia.
Advising a major USA fund in drafting the framework agreement for setting up one of the largest loan and investment programs in support of the private sector development efforts of the Republic of Armenia. We have a separate sub-division engaged in the provision of directorship and secretarial, as well as accounting and payroll support services to large multinational, as well as small and medium size investors operating in Armenia. Our clients are world leading companies in hospitality, IT, telecommunication and mining industries, as well as several IT start-up and venture backed companies operating in Armenia.

We have developed and offered several successful training programs on the Armenian market.
